The Sandvold Financial Group Team is excited to welcome Nirav Sheth as our special guest for an upcoming workshop.

What is your Mental Fitness?  How do you deal with life’s challenges? What are your Saboteurs which cause negative emotions in you? Join this 1-hour interactive session with Nirav Sheth, Mental Fitness Coach, to learn about Mental Fitness and your Saboteurs.

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry. These Saboteurs have a significant negative impact on your life.  Your Sage, on the other hand, handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

During this workshop, you will learn about your own Saboteurs, how they impact your life and how you can transform your life to be more Sage-driven instead of Saboteur-driven, leading to improved wellbeing, higher performance and better relationships.  You will also learn some simple yet powerful techniques to weaken your Saboteurs and strengthen your Sage.

At Sandvold Financial Group we prioritize overall wellness. Understanding that finances are one of the top stressors that people face, it is important to be equipped with the right tools to help minimize its effects.

Join us on February 27th 6:00-7:30pm for a valuable and insightful discussion. The workshop with conclude with an opportunity for Q&A.

The workshop will be held in the Training Room on the 1st Floor. When you enter the building go past the elevators, turn right, and it will be at the end of the hallway on the left. We will have staff present to direct attendees. Food and beverages will be provided.
