Client Service Representative

Prior to my position here at Sandvold Financial Group, I spent 15 years in the Retail industry. During those years I had the opportunity to fill the roles of Sales Associate, Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager for brands like J. Jill, UNTUCKit, PANDORA Jewelry and White House | Black Market. Retail was my transition from the 6 years in my most important job as Stay at Home Mom! Prior to that, I spent roughly 15 years in Administrative/Support roles in a variety of industries like POS Sales, Telephony Sales, Chiropractic, Medical Surgical Packaging and Home Refinancing.

All the roles I have filled over the years have been people-first and I was usually first point of contact, so a friendly and professional “First Impression” was paramount. This was especially true during my most recent years in retail. I was able to hone those skills daily by actively listening and offering high level coaching to guide and support my team. Connecting with people has always come natural to me and I thoroughly enjoy making those connections. Another aspect of my previous roles that I enjoyed was the Customer Service (people-first) element, and I’m thrilled that those skills will be utilized as I learn and grow with Sandvold Financial Group.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cooking with my husband, and playing card and dice games with my family. As well as spending time at the lake with our friends. I also love to paint, read, and binge True Crime shows. My loves are my husband, our two children (son and daughter), and our two cats, Milo and Otis - the pictures on my phone are proof of that! At the heart of it all, I’m passionate about making every day a little better for the people around me, in business and in life. This is why my personal code to live by is the KCC Code. Treat every person I encounter with Kindness, Courtesy and Compassion.
